South Heighton Village Hall is available to hire for children's parties, regular meetings, social events and private functions.

The hall is located just off the A26, at the bottom of The Hollow. Opposite is the popular children’s playground and football field. Free parking available on street.
South Heighton Village Hall has a full-sized fitted kitchen with doors leading out to a tarmac area at the rear with a raised lawn surrounded by a picket fence and suitable for a small marquee.
Brief history
The village hall started life in 1860 as South Heighton School and remained open until 1969.
The hall is a village asset and is run by an elected management committee who raise money to keep it in excellent condition.
The committee organises monthly bingo nights, jumble sales and other events, including South Heighton’s bonfire night with a torchlit procession and fireworks.
